The General Duty (GD) examination of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is highly anticipated by thousands of candidates nationwide who hope to join central armed police forces and other paramilitary groups. The SSC GD application form is the first step towards obtaining an employment in these prestigious organizations. But the path to success is not always easy, and mistakes can occasionally happen while submitting an application. In order to ease those concerns, the SSC offers a form correction window that enables applicants to correct errors and guarantee an equal opportunity to be selected.

(i) 28.01.2022–01.02.2022 is when the window is open.

(ii) A candidate may adjust or change the online application parameters during the window if they would like to make any changes to their application form. The candidate will also have the option to modify their One Time registration information.

(iii) Only candidates whose full online applications, along with payment of the necessary fee, were received by the Commission within the prescribed period will be permitted to make changes to the application form.

(iv) If a candidate makes a mistake in his updated application, he will be permitted to submit one more corrected application after making the necessary corrections/modifications.

  👉No more corrections in the application form will be allowed after 01.02.2022 under any circumstances.


(vi) The most recent amended application shall be deemed legitimate, and the prior application or applications filed by said candidates shall be discarded.

(vii) The Commission will impose a uniform correction fee of ₹ 200 for the first time you make a change and submit a modified or corrected application, and ₹ 500 for the second time you go through the process. 
All candidates, regardless of gender or category, will be subject to the rectification fees.

(viii) Only online methods, such as BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards, are accepted for payment of the rectification fees. There won't be an offline challenge option accessible.

(ix) Under no circumstances will the correction expenses that have been paid be reimbursed, nor will it be.

Personal Information: During the rectification period, candidates can fix any mistakes in their personal information, such as their name, date of birth, gender, and contact information. It is critical that these facts match those on official documents in order to avoid discrepancies later in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Photograph and Signature:

 The SSC GD form rectification also allows candidates to upload a fresh photograph or signature if the photographs they previously supplied did not satisfy the required requirements. To avoid technical rejections, it is critical to follow the recommended format.
